Lessons
I
teach General French and Phonetics to all levels. My courses
focus on listening, speaking, & reading skills. As it
is personalized teaching, the programme is different for
each student.
A
small evaluation test will determine your needs before we
start working together.
According
to your level and needs, lessons may include:

Basic
language for everyday situations (survival French)

Phonetics
(easy & comprehensive method teaching how to recognize
French sounds in order to understand what people say,
and be able to reproduce them properly to be understood)

Corrected
informal conversation, speech training

Grammar,
vocabulary & syntax, idiomatic expressions, translation

Aspects
of French culture, etc.,
Each
lesson is recorded on a personalized audio file.
A
wide choice of teaching material (books, handouts, CDs,
...) to develop both your oral & written comprehension
& expression may be used.
General
French & Phonetics are two different things. You may have
an intermediate level in General French and be a real beginner
when it comes to pronouncing properly, or the opposite! It
depends on the way you were taught when you started learning
French.
 A
correct pronunciation is the golden
key that will open up for you the door to French language!
What
I can say from my own experience is that it is rare to meet
a student who needs no help in Phonetics, even those with
an advanced level.
For
this reason, I have created different modules combining General
French & Phonetics.
